Chris Losavio
INDEPENDENT ARTIST and EDUCATOR
Chris Losavio is a Bay Area drum set artist, touring musician, and educator holding a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. Over his 20-year career, he has studied under legendary drummers like Michael Carvin, Pat Clark, Galen Lemmon, Bernard Purdie, Dom Famularo, Joe Bergamini, and Chris Pennie. He actively performs and records with local acts including Give You Nothing, Protected Left, and Cutlass Supreme.
Chris has spent over a decade teaching students of all ages and skill levels. His lessons focus on building a rock-solid musical foundation and vocabulary. He gives students the essential tools to express themselves freely and helps them discover their own unique voice on the drums.
